I am a systemic coach (EASC-certified) and support people through personal and professional transitions and decision-making processes.
What drives me is the joy of helping others on their path toward greater self-awareness, autonomy, and self-acceptance.

In my main profession, I am an engineer and head of product management at a medium-sized tech company. I consider myself a generalist: On one hand, I work with technical, process-related, and strategic topics; on the other, I support people in their personal and professional development.

To me, these two worlds are not a contradiction. On the contrary – combining them gives me a unique range of perspectives, which I bring into every coaching session.

In my personal life, my family, music, and nature are important sources of inspiration and grounding.

Professional career

My professional career began within a small family business with an apprenticeship as a radio and television technician in a small town. From there I moved to West Africa and worked for more than a year as a volunteer for an international aid organization on a hospital ship. I later studied Physical Engineering and Medical Physics (B. Eng.) in Berlin and worked as an engineer in a medium-sized company for over four years. However, I realized that I was not a full-blooded engineer and that I was also interested in topics such as psychology, philosophy, human perception and sound. To integrate these areas, I studied Audio Communication and Technology (M. Sc.) at the TU.

With over 10 years of experience in agile start-ups, NGOs and medium-sized companies, I have developed a wide range of skills. Thanks to my work in different roles, I can quickly empathize with individual challenges and backgrounds and provide targeted support for personal growth.

I acquired the necessary knowledge, techniques and attitude that a systemic coach needs through my two-year coaching training (EASC certified). The ability to find words for something and to perceive it more finely is often what enables the recognition, sorting, untangling and empowerment that takes place in the coaching process.
